sea view was amazing

you have to wait at least 5 minutes for the shuttle to take to your room or down ro reception no variety in breakfast not safe if you want to store your luggage they keep it in an open room in the reception anyone can enter they take 2000 bat deposit even if you take shuttle to your room you might also have to take the stairs i don’t recommend it for more than one day if you want to enjoy the room with a sea view bathroom is very dirty no sleepers

No bath towels, very annoying after a shower. Accusations of stolen cups! Total nonsense. Who steals cups? They refused to return my passport. Didn't even check my luggage.

Outstanding view but sadly not everything else.

Excellent view from the room I was in.

1. Bad attitude from some staff (mostly the shuttle drivers) 2. Takes a long time for them to send any service to your room 3. The room was spacious but looks average. I think they are due for much needed renovation.

Management ist horrible

The property is wonderful build in a steep hill you get transported by shuttles all day, but you can also walk up the property from the lobby. There are many pools and astonishing views. The restaurants are also good.

The Management! Just fire them! When I arrived I had to wait one hour to check in and on checkout it was 40 minutes. They sit you down to wait 10 minutes but then just deal with whatever customer screams the loudest so they never come back to you if you don’t complain.. I also called 3 times to get towels that were not on the room when I arrived. They say they take care of but don’t. I understand with the current system they are overworked but management should reorganise just like every other hotel. In most hotels you just have a credit card deposit instead of cash and can just leave the key cards and go. Not here they make it so complicated.

reception desk staff lacked english language skills and hence difficult to communicate. Towels very old and stained and need replacing. Room water bottles not available daily. Need better management actualy

All things are good except the staff which is not enough for clients need

Good location, great facilities also nice staff from spa section.

Staff not enough to serve clients needed, We had a problem of AC on second night, the maintenance guy asked to changed the room and we got upgraded for the room for that night then next day, I believe the staff forget that we stay for 3 nights so our keycard were cut and we couldn’t enter the room.

Breakfast was the same for our 4 nights. There wasn’t lift to our room. Bathtub was a bit hard to take the water out .

Awesome

I had a fabulous stay at the resort ! I got upgraded room, it was really spacious , with a big bathub. The pool area is big and clean, the poolbar serves delish dishes. I had a relaxing time. Breakfast is nice, mainly has asian breakfast style. Highly recommend

Not bad, but run down, opportunities for improvement

Good range for of pools

Breakfast hardly changed, very little variety ( no bacon! ). Set on a steep hill so lots of stairs or need a lift from support cars which can mean delays. Had 2 rooms with 3 TVs that were all different, two with no local channels that just relied on the internet for YouTube only. The wifi was very patchy which made relaxing with a movie or tv show impossible. Air con was intermittent.

For the discounted special offer we received at this time, we were very happy with what we got.

The view was stunning! The (private) steam room was a unique experience. Very glad they had a shuttle - would not have otherwise made it to the room (*really* steep)!!

The drain in the shower was quite clogged... after 5 minutes, I was standing in a shallow pool of water that didn't drain. (Should have reported it but didn't want to deal with workers in the room during my stay.) Breakfast was a bit disappointing (although I understand that the target guests at this time are Thai so Thai warm breakfast choice was plentiful) - expected a bit more fruit variety (only watermelon), pastries, and omelete or scrambled eggs (only fried).

Top location, top facilities, very good food, amazing staff

Main up point was the welcome from the reception staff! All those ladies were really helpful with anything I asked. English was good, so no problem with communication. Special thanks go to Jay, Tarn, Ann, High & Oil. They made feel me at home during my staying. I was in the room 3205, with pool & sea view. Room was pretty spacious, bright all day. Mattress was good ! Wi-fi download speed was always above 10 Mbps.. Upload speed not that high... 1-1.5 Mbps. TV was 32" not too big, but had several international channels! Breakfast was OK! Room service food ? Excellent !!! The Pad thai was TOP !!! Location is perfect... from reception to Kalim beach just 2min walk. Patong beach (3km long beach) is like 10min walk from reception. Out side the hotel there are a couple a good Thai restaurants! 7-11 is 50m from Hotel main gate!!!

Small details... Brekfast was OK.. more Thai then Western breakfast. I understand because it is very low low season as Covid19, so only Thai tourists. Wi-fi upload speed not that good. Shuttle bus... I never used it as it is a diesel truck! not electric. I try to be environmentally conscious. No point for me to use just for 200m climb on the hill, where my room was located.

Overall. It was good experience

It was beautiful and spacious villa with oceanfront view of the pool.

The villas are very far up on the hill. Hotel doesn’t have enough cars for pick and drop. We need to wait sometimes for 1 hour to even get to the lobby. Staff was also not very courteous or helpful.

The location is good, but the hotel only looks nice from the outside

Breakfast was very poor for Thailand, it's better and cheaper to eat in town.

We had a honeymoon suite where for the first two days there was a septic tank leaking from the toilet and it stunk.The service did not respond to our problems. After I went to the reception and asked for a refund for the following days and because I wanted to stay here longer, they changed us to another apartment where the problem with the toilet disappeared.But the next one started, the cleaning service didn't refill the minibar, they took away the old towels and didn't leave the new ones, and it wasn't just one time, but a couple of times, which is irritating in a country like this when you come back after a whole day and want to take a shower and go out for dinner, but no he doesn't have a single towel.We had to take toilet paper from the trolley in the corridor, otherwise we wouldn't have it.These are the basic that are unacceptable in a hotel honeymoon suite.,
